Carpet Service Limitation
Please review the following important limitations and policies that apply to all carpet cleaning services provided by 24 25 CLEANERS.
Drying Time
Carpets may take up to 24–48 hours to dry completely, depending on humidity, ventilation, carpet thickness, and weather conditions.
Stain Removal
Some stains, especially old or set-in stains such as ink, wine, rust, paint, bleach marks, dye transfer, or pet urine, may not be completely removable despite our best efforts.
Pre-Existing Damage
We are not responsible for pre-existing carpet damage including:
- Worn fibers
- Loose seams
- Burns
- Bleach spots
- Discoloration
- Ripples
- Tears
- Carpet separation
Furniture Moving
For safety and insurance reasons:
- We do not move heavy furniture or appliances.
- Carpet cleaning under heavy furniture may be limited.
- Customers are responsible for removing fragile or valuable items before service.
Odor Removal
Pet odor, smoke odor, mildew odor, or other deep odors are not guaranteed to be completely removed. Some odors may return after drying due to contamination in carpet padding or subfloor.
Spot Recurrence (Wicking)
Some stains may reappear after drying due to deep contamination rising from the carpet backing or padding.
Mildew and Mold
If carpets remain wet for too long, there is a risk of mildew or mold development. Proper drying and ventilation are important after service.
Chemical Usage
If customers use other chemicals or store-bought stain removers before our carpet cleaning service, it may:
- Affect the cleaning results
- Cause discoloration
- Damage carpet fibers
- Create excessive foam inside our equipment
- Potentially damage our carpet cleaning machines
Drying & Maintenance Recommendations
To help carpets dry faster and reduce risks:
- Open windows and doors when possible
- Use fans or air circulation
- Keep AC running if available
- Avoid walking on carpet until mostly dry
Service Scope
- Standard house cleaning does not include carpet shampooing or carpet washing.
- Carpet cleaning is a separate service with separate pricing.
Customer Inspection Policy
Customers are encouraged to inspect the work before technicians leave the property.
If the customer is not present during inspection:
- Any concerns or missed areas must be reported within 24 hours.
- Re-clean service applies only to missed areas related to the original service.
- Additional services or heavily soiled areas are not included in complimentary touch-ups.
